The Major League Strength program was developed in order to provide athletes of all ages and skill levels, amateurs to professionals, with a progressive sport-specific program that will address of components of sports performance training.

Each of our training programs were designed by a Sports Medicine Team comprised of world-renowned Strength and Speed Coaches, Physical Therapists, Orthopedic Doctors, and other Top Professional. This synergistic approach of knowledge, science, and years of practical evidence is what makes our program one of the most comprehensive in sports performance training available. <

The Major League Strength program is designed to elicit gains in the following areas:

What separates the Major League Strength program from others is that it was designed to work from the inside-out, training the mind and nervous system first, then branching out to the skeletal and muscular system.
