Major League Strength and Conditioning trains athletes of all Ages and Skill Levels.

At Major League we train our athletes in all aspects of human movement from a functional training standpoint. Functional Training is a new approach to physical conditioning that trains the body as a kinetic chain by training movements seen in Sport as opposed to isolating body parts. In order to ensure an optimal training environment, athletes will be exposed to high velocity/ high force movements that simulate game situation and speed.
