At Major League Strength and Conditioning we Train Athletes of All Ages and Skill Levels. At Major League we train our athletes in all aspects of human movement from a functional, sport- specific standpoint. Functional training is a new approach to physical conditioning that trains the body as a chain using multi-planar movements and high velocities to simulate game situation.
