Adult Fitness is a truly unique program. Unlike typical adult training,
our adults will train in a manner very similar to our athletes. This program
is meant to be very fun, motivational, efficient, and progressive. Adults
will train in a group with others that share the same goals creating an
environment that will increase success rate and desire to train. Adults
will also have the chance to participate in many of our training workshops.
