Coaches Prep Program
Our Coaches Prep Program was designed to help educate
coaches on proper training techniques and protocols. If a coach is able
to create a more athletic player, it will make it easier for him/her to
teach sport skills, and therefore create a better team.
While participating in this program coaches can expect to learn about:
