Our College Prep Program reaches out to those High School Seniors that are planning on playing competitive NCAA Athletics. This program will focus on preparing the body for the grueling task of participating in Collegiate Athletics. Foci included will be Strength and Conditioning Training, Nutrition and Meal Planning for the Collegiate Athlete, Mental Training, and Time Management Skills. The College Prep program is very extensive and comprehensive program designed for only the serious athlete. Underclassman wishing to participate must complete and score highly on a physical examination. Session length: 1h. 30min
