JR Strength Program

Jr. Strength was created in order to address the training needs of the developing body ages 8-12. Our Jr. Strength Program will focus on making fitness a Fun and Positive part of their lifestyle. Jr. Strength will not put young athletes in the weight room but instead will focus on moving body weight in all planes of motion. Results will be achieved through a variety of games and entertaining drills. In addition to games, Calisthenics, Agility, Active Stretching, Competitive Balance Work, Nutrition, and Team Competition will all be a part of this dynamic youth program.

After- School Jr. Strength: The After- School Program is a three day per week program lasting one hour for 6 weeks.
