Major League Strength and Sport Camps is a unique feature that combines Strength and Conditioning with Skill Work of you particular sport. This combination makes for the ultimate skill development camp. We will have a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist directing all Strength and Speed Training, and a highly qualified skill coach with a coaching background in the sport of your choice.
Session format is as follows:

-Skill Work- ex. Bunting Skills for Baseball, Catching Passes for Football, Ball Handling for Basketball
