Strength and Conditioning

Major League Strength and Conditioning trains athletes of all Ages and
Skill Levels.
At Major League we train our athletes in all aspects of human movement from a functional training standpoint. Functional Training is a new approach to physical conditioning that trains the body as a kinetic chain by training movements seen in Sport as opposed to isolating body parts. In order to ensure an optimal training environment, athletes will be exposed to high velocity/ high force movements that simulate game situation and speed. .

The body’s ability to overcome these different forces and move in many
different planes of motion are what lead to positive biomechanical and
neurological adaptations, which in turn leads to better performance.

All of our athletes will go through a variety of different exercises and drills that focus on speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength , and power.

 

*Our program is fully progressive and will continue to challenge the athlete every session.
